How to claim TIDAL artist page

Here’s how to claim your TIDAL artist profile and add some personality to your music page.

Now that your music is live on TIDAL with the help of a music distributor like RouteNote, it’s time to customize your TIDAL profile. After you’ve claimed your artist page on streaming services, you can make the space your own and personalise your profile.

Make your profile more personal by choosing a profile image as well as adding a biography describing yourself and your music. TIDAL manually adds your profile info – unlike platforms like Spotify, it doesn’t have a “TIDAL for artists” platform.

If you’ve uploaded your music to TIDAL with RouteNote – whether that’s through our Free or Premium distribution – you need to let us know when you want to customize your profile. Don’t worry, it’s easy. Send an email to featuring the following:

  • A link to your TIDAL profile
  • High resolution .jpg photo – 1425 x 1425 and 72 dpi at least, and no larger than 10MB
  • An optional short artist bio – in plain text or Word document

It’s a good idea to have the same artist image across streaming platforms and social media so that your fans know where to find you. And we’ve got some tips on how to write a good artist bio here:
