RouteNote Troubleshooters: I want to change the audio on my release
My release has been approved and sent to stores and services but I want to change, add, or remove audio from it.
Once your release is live on your chosen music stores and streaming services you can edit the metadata, like track titles, artist name, artwork, etc.
However, you cannot edit the audio on a release in any way as stores do not accept audio updates. To change the audio in your release you would need to re-create the release with the audio you wish to be on it.
If you’d like to re-create your release and therefore need the existing release removed from stores and services then please get in touch at support@routenote.com with your UPC.

I have had a great experience with RouteNote’s support in this frustrating time. I have had trouble with my release of Ready for the Lights, and the team has been an excellent help. Time for a third rerelease, let’s a goooooo!

Your release doesn’t seem eligible for content ID/Facebook as it either contains non-exclusive samples, or audio that is already available on the content ID system

I removed a song from sales for losing statistic purposes. Now i want to upload it again with the same upc and isrc but it shows upc already in use. How can i upload it again with the same upc and isrc.
Hello, it depends on why the release was taken down. If you get in touch with support@routenote.com and include your UPC they should be able to help you arrange the re-upload of your release.
