Spotify reports their third quarter financial performance, showing them holding their place as the number one audio network in the world.

As with previous quarters, Q3 2021 has seen growing users and paying subscribers on Spotify, with a monthly active user and subscriber year-over-year increase of 19% compared to Q3 2020. Monthly active users are the total number of Spotify Free and Premium users, while subscribers are Premium users. Spotify have 209 million active Free users and 172 million paying Premium users.
