Rhapsody Users are Listening More and More on Their Mobile Devices

Rhapsody has released some interesting mobile numbers. Rhapsody now has 47% of their listeners listen exclusively on their smartphones. This is an amazing stat for Rhapsody, but they have really struggled to make headway in a very crowded music streaming market.

Rhapsody isnt the only digital music streaming service with strong mobile listener numbers. Pandora has 79% of their total listening hours on mobile devices, 80% of Indian service Saavn’s usage is mobile, while Rdio and Spotify see 80% and “more than half” of their subscribers accessing their services at least sometimes from a mobile device.
