RouteNote Troubleshooters: My audio won’t upload
I’m creating my release but my audio won’t upload when I select it from my computer.
If you are having issues uploading your audio to your release first of all you should try clearing the cache in your web browser. Clearing the cache often solves technical issues with the site. Once your cache is cleared make sure to accept the RouteNote website’s cookies.
If this doesn’t help at all try to sign in and upload again in a private or incognito window. If this works then the issue is within your browser and you may need to try clearing your cache and cookies again.
You will need to remove all of the metadata, including the artwork, that is attached to your audio file(s) if there is any. If you are on PC there is a guide on how to do this here. If you are on a Mac then you can use an app called Tag Stripper to remove your metadata.
You can also try running your audio file(s) through ID3 remover to remove metadata that might be getting in the way of your upload.

Oops! Something is not right with your playlist. Please check and make sure that you do not have any duplicate track numbers and that the track list is entirely sequential.
And all my the chart are ok, it happend only with this track

Hey,
Audio must be formatted in stereo as a FLAC or MP3 file. This must be at 320kbps/16 bit and the sample rate should be 44.1kHz.

I just cant find if there is a limit on song duration. I would like to upload 2 releases of meditation music of 1.5 hour duration each song for spotify publishing, mostly. is that even possible? Thank you very much.

There is a 500 track limit per release. Additionally, each upload session is limited to a track being unable to exceed 300mb in size, and the total release cannot be greater than 3.4GB.

Ho caricato tutti i brani poi’ quando ho dato conferma si e’ aperta la pagina di login, e successivamente mi ha rimandato alla pagina di caricamento che e’ vuota, praticamente devo ricominciare a caricare i brani, sperando che dopo siano accettati. Adesso provo
