Apple has just discontinued the Powerbeats, Beasts Solo Pro and Beats EP headphones.

At the same time as announcing the launch of the newest Beats headphones, the Beats Fit Pro wireless earbuds, Apple has also shelved a few products from its headphones collection.

MacRumors noticed some older headphones were quietly discontinued a couple of days ago and are now no longer available directly from Apple. The discontinued models include the Beats EP ($130), Powerbeats earbuds ($150), and on-ear Beats Solo Pro ($250) headphones.

Apple offered no explanation for the discontinued models, though a Beats representative confirmed the changes. It could mean big discounts on other retailer’s remaining stock as we head towards Black Friday.

There’s still plenty of products remaining – alongside the brand new Beats Fit Pro, which are like AirPods Pro for sports, there’s the likes of Beats Pro Over-Ear Headphones, Beats Flex, Beats Studio3, Beats Studio Buds, Beats Solo3, Beats Pill speaker and Powerbeats Pro.
