Watch Quibi on TV, now with support for Chromecast

Quibi add support for Chromecast on their iOS and Android app, allowing you to stream content to your TV.

Quibi initially launched as a short-form mobile-only platform, designed for on the go watching. With at-home watching becoming the current popular method, Quibi has extended support for casting content via AirPlay last month and most recently Chromecast support on iOS and Android.

Quibi seem to be taking as many steps as possible to boost user numbers, as the app fails to make the impact it initially set out to. Quibi’s founder last month – “I attribute everything that has gone wrong to coronavirus. Everything.” Senior executives have seen their pay cut 10% recently as user numbers struggle.

No official word yet, but we may see TV support continue with smart TV apps and support for TV devices such as Amazon Fire and Roku. Update your app to get Chromecast support on Quibi today.
