Here are the ten most followed playlists around the world on Spotify as of May 2024.

Spotify’s editorial playlists help introduce new artists to thousands or even millions of new listeners and break them into the mainstream. What are the most-popular playlists on the most-popular streaming service?

Kicking off the list, the most popular playlist on Spotify with over 30 million followers is Today’s Top Hits. Find more mind-boggling stats on the playlist here.

Since we last updated this list last month, there’s been some movement on the top 10. Rock Classics and All Out 2000s have traded places, with the latter growing by more than one million followers! Songs to Sing in the Car has fallen two places, there’s a new entry from All Out 2010s, and Baila Reggaeton has fallen out of the top 10.

A decrease in followers on Spotify playlists could also signify a change in the way listeners are consuming and discovering music on the platform.
