OSC Audio’s Oscilloscope is a clear and easy-to-read oscilloscope plugin, it doesn’t tax CPUs, and it is particularly helpful while designing sounds with synthesizers.

In practice, metering is waveform displayed on the front panel while RMS & peak readings are present directly above the waveform readout. Furthermore, both vertical and horizontal offsets can be input through the dials on both stereo channels, giving you more granularity and control. For example, line thickness, rotation, and phase controls are available.
