Hi I have a question I am thinking about starting my own record label although I am a gospel singer so should I sigh up as my record label name or my name as a artist? And do you have a publishing company as well connected to Routenote or as a record label it would be best to have my own publishing company ?
Hello Arlethia, what you choose to name your RouteNote username is up to you and won’t impact on your music really. It’s best to choose something appropriate and that you will find easy to remember. In regards to publishing: We are able to upload your music to all of our partners stores and platforms but beyond that we don’t take part in your music or release.
Some one has sold my original content to you… all the lyrics and composition are my own hardwork… now my original video has got a copyright claim from you… even the one who has sold our content to you is trying to contact you.. please remove the video and copyright claim asap.. song name “aya Hai Ramdan” by shaikh uzair

Hello,
I am sending you this message because I have 2 problems to put music online. When I am in the “manage stores” part, I cannot click on “save and continue”. The button does not work. The second problem is found in the “track details” part. I am the only artist and there is a message telling me to enter at least one primary artist, so I cannot continue to upload my track.
I changed my computer to see if I had a bug on the computer, but it also happens with another computer.

My album has been uploaded to another artist’s profile with the same name. I have sent you an email with my UPC and everything needed for takedown of the album. I am angry that this has happened and that my music has landed under the name of another person. Please fix as soon as possible.
Hello, this can happen if you and an artist have the same name when your music first arrives on streaming services. Our team will respond to you shortly and will have it fixed asap. This should then not be an issue with any further releases.

hi routenote, I created a new release on the 4 july, however, it has disappeared in the review section and it is not in the release section. Is there something wrong with the release. No confirmation email has been sent for the approval of the song as well. Pls help.

Hi, I uploaded a song which was supposed to be released today on the 20th to my selected digital stores but there is nothing to show for it … I can’t find it anywhere … The song got approved on the 16th but is not yet released. What is the problem because this presents itself as unprofessionalism ?
Hey,
Once your release has been approved, it will be available on most of your selected stores within 7 – 14 days. If you have set a sales start date on your release for a date that falls after this time frame, your release will become available on your selected date.
You can get some of your store links from us by heading over to the Artist Services tab of your account. There is a drop-down menu which allows you to hover over Marketing and select URL Requests. This will take you to the Pre-save URL Request form. We will source the relevant links for you as soon as they’re made available by the stores.
