The new viral site pulls data from your Spotify or Last.fm profile to create a festival lineup poster from your most-played artists.

Beating the launch of Spotify Wrapped by a couple of days, Instafest puts a fun twist on showing off your favourite artists. Within just a few days, Instafest has already become a viral sensation, with more than 5 million people generating posters of their perfect festival.

How do I find my Instafest?

Instafest will then get to work generating your lineup. You can customize the poster with your top artists from the last 4 weeks, 6 months or all-time. Change the background between three style options: Malibu Sunrise, LA Twilight or Mojave Dusk. The festival name at the top will be based on your profile or can be hidden. Finally, you can choose whether or not to show your Basic Score. This is a 0-100 rating based on how niche your music is. The lower the score, the more niche.

I had the idea when I was in bed scrolling through TikTok one day, I saw people were posting videos from Coachella and I started thinking about how I would set the Coachella lineup if I could pick the artists. The thought process led to me thinking about generating a music festival graphic using a Spotify integration, and I built off from there.
