Discover fantastic new opportunities for your music from TIDAL. The streaming service has just launched TIDAL Collabs, a new artist feature for curated discovery of similar artists they have picked to be the perfect partner for a collaboration.

Whether looking for someone to create a new track with or to take on the road as the perfect support for live shows, Collabs sets you up. The new feature is available in their artist hub, TIDAL Artist Home. From your very own portal you can discover the artists that TIDAL has picked based on who they think is the right fit for you.

Artists can explore their fits and message them directly about teaming up. TIDAL are keen to encourage collaborations between artists, saying that they’ve seen a 123% increase in tracks created by artist collabs since 2019.

TIDAL’s Global Head of Product, Agustina Sacerdote said: “We built TIDAL Collabs to take the stress and inefficiency out of the process of finding great collaborators. We leverage our data and editorial expertise to recommend high-quality collaborators in an environment that is tailored and safe.”

Win a collaboration with Jermaine Dupri

TIDAL have launched a contest to celebrate the launch of their new feature. Artists from the US who match with others in TIDAL Collabs can win studio time Jermaine Dupri. Dupri will share insights and advice on how to collaborate successfully with other artists.

TIDAL will also offer marketing promotions for their collaborative tracks to the winner. Artists must submit their collaboration by January 17th, 2024. Those who sign up to opt into Collabs will receive an email with the form they need to use to apply.

Jermaine Dupri said: “Finding artists and producers to collaborate with isn’t easy, so TIDAL Collabs is a game-changer. A great collab brings different fan groups together to connect over something fresh.”
