Sony Smart B-Trainer – A Walkman/Bluetooth Headset/Personal Trainer

At CES, Sony announced their plans to further expand this lineup, with what seems to be all the rage in the technology world. Sony Smart B-Trainer features a GPS and a heart-rate monitor to track you as you work out and give you little reminders as you exercise by way of encouragement. If it sees you slacking, it’ll even pump out something a bit more fast paced. If the “encouragement” is anything like the man’s in the advert below, I think this might discourage some people. He sounds like a patronising kids TV presenter.
This new headband should make it onto shelves in Spring for an unknown price.
