Selena Gomez, J-Lo, Jason Derulo, Britney + many more collab on song for Orlando victims

24 of the biggest artists around the world have come together on a single track to commemorate the 49 victims of the Orlando shootings last month.

On June 12, last month, a gunman killed 49 victims at a gay nightclub in Orlando. The shock of the hateful attack resonated around the world and brought the attention of the LGBT community back into the limelight, and how the world still isn’t tolerant everywhere.

The latest effort to support the LGBT community and help raise money for victims funds is a collaborative song by 24 of the highest profile singers and musicians. The proceeds raised from the single, titled ‘Hands’ will go towards Equality Florida Pulse Victims Fund, the GLBT Community Center of Central Florida, and GLAAD.

The 24 artists featured in the track are:

Mary J Blige, Jason Derulo, Britney Spears, Tyler Glenn, Selena Gomez, Halsey, Ty Herndon, Imagine Dragons, Juanes, Adam Lambert, Mary Lambert, Jennifer Lopez, the Trans Chorus of Los Angeles, Kacey Musgraves, MNEK, Alex Newell, P!nk, Prince Royce, Nate Ruess, RuPaul, Troye Sivan, Jussie Smollett, Gwen Stefani, and Meghan Trainor. 

The track was written by: Justin Tranter, Julia Michaels, Bloodpop, and Ely Rise. It was produced by BloodPop, Mark Ronson, and Justin Tranter.
