In what marks it’s first step into the Middle East Saavn have partnered with VIVA Bahrain to extend it’s music streaming service in Asia.
Indian music streaming service Saavn have been dominating the Asian music streaming scene with big ambition for streaming in India. Always looking to offer themselves to new countries Saavn have announced their first Middle Eastern partnership, with VIVA Bahrain.
Chief commercial officer at VIVA Bahrain, Andrew Hanna said: “We are pleased to partner with a global streaming brand like Saavn to expand VIVA’s subscriber services. Saavn Pro’s unlimited download package, in 12 South Asian languages, presents a complete music offering for the Asian community.”
As the leading telecom operator in Bahrain and a subsidiary of Saudi Telecommunications Company this partnership will make the music streamer available to all Bahrainis. Scratch Cards will be distributed around VIVA outlets offering music streaming as well as digital codes sent by text for free that offer a free month of Saavn Pro after paying for your first month.
