The LiveXLive app is supported by audio advertising, brand integration and sponsorships.

Samsung TV currently hold around 33% of the total market share for Smart TVs in the US. Amazon Fire TV reported over 40m user in Q4 2020, Roku had 39.8m active users in Q1 2020 and Apple report 33m active users of Apple TV+.

This is an opportunity for us to create dominance in this arena and as Smart TV ad delivery for audio and video formats improves, we’ll be well-positioned to capitalize on that inventory opportunity long term.
