FreeBuds 4i are the latest true wireless earbuds with active noise cancelling from Chinese technology company Huawei.

Huawei manufacturer many electronics from smartphones and PCs to wearables and more. FreeBuds are the Chinese company’s range of true wireless earbuds. The latest pair of FreeBuds feature ANC and a whopping 10 hours of battery life.

The 10mm dynamic coil drivers and polymer composite diaphragms produce a balanced sound. Using a dual-mic system, active noise cancelling is able detect and reduce background and wind noise. Switch to Awareness Mode to passthrough ambient noise, allowing you to hear your surroundings alongside the music. Beamforming and AI noise technology picks up your voice for clear calls. The ergonmic design as well as the three sizes of silicon ear tips ensure a stable and snug fit, while the lightweight design will reduce pressure for long listening sessions.

The FreeBuds 4i pair with your device via Bluetooth 5.2 and support instant pairing with smartphones and tablets running EMUI 10, Huawei’s Android operating system. Smartphones and tablets running EMUI 11 will also support low latency for gaming with audio in sync. Built-in capacitive sensors on both earbuds enable touch controls for music playback, making calls, as well as switching between ANC and Awareness Mode. Wear detection automatically pauses music when the earbuds are removed from your ears.

The battery in FreeBuds 4i will last for 7.5 hours of continuous playback with ANC on and 10 hours with ANC turned off on a single charge. These numbers are one of the most impressive stats we’ve seen from true wireless earbuds. The charging case gives you a total of 22 hours of listening with ANC off. Pop the earbuds in the case for an additional 4 hours of playback with ANC off from a 10-minute quick charge. The compact oval-shaped case charges via USB-C and wireless charging.
