Spotify and PlayStation Celebrate Anniversary After 5 Billion Streams
Last March Playstation joined forces with Spotify to launch PlayStation Music, now 5 billion streams later they’ve revealed who the top artists are and gaming soundtrack stats.
PlayStation Music is the Spotify powered music streaming service for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and Sony Xperia devices launched just over a year ago. Spotify revealed the news that they’ve since amassed an incredible 5 billion streams and revealed what the most popular tracks, artists and more are on PlayStation Music.
Their stats reveal that PlayStation users love hip-hop with the majority of top tracks and artists being hip-hop. It also showed that Grand Theft Auto 5 has the most popular game soundtrack on the service.
