Amazon Music launches AI-powered “Weekly Vibe” playlist for personalised listening
Amazon Music users now get a fresh, AI-curated soundtrack every Monday designed to your listening habits.
Amazon Music introduces Weekly Vibe
Amazon Music has rolled out a new AI-driven personalised playlist called “Weekly Vibe”. The playlist is designed to feel like your personal music curator. Dropping weekly, it refreshes every Monday with a bunch of tracks based on your recent listening habits, your shifting moods, and tastes.
The idea is simple. A new playlist every week built around your tastes, that stays fresh enough to stop your rotation going stale. Instead of serving the same songs over and over, “Weekly Vibe” keeps things fresh. Plus, it’s AI can notice how your taste shifts over time.
How it works
You can find your “Weekly Vibe” playlist by heading to the “Made for You” section in your Amazon Music library. Each week, the playlist arrives with a new title, description, and theme. That could mean a pop-heavy lineup one week, and dance anthems the next.
Your “Weekly Vibe” isn’t just a private listening experience either. You can share the playlist with friends, post it on socials, or save it to your library for later.
Who gets it
The feature is rolling out now to users across all Amazon Music subscription tiers in the US.
This is the latest in a series of AI-powered enhancements on Amazon Music, a common trend among the music industry. Last year, Amazon announced an AI playlist “Maestro” feature, before rolling out new AI search capabilities earlier this year.
