Now with over a billion monthly active users, how do countries compare by the number of TikTok users.
In June 2020, TikTok was banned from India over national security issues, where the short-form video app had the largest user base, with 190 million users. Now, as the second most active country, The United States of America are considering a TikTok ban too. Being a Chinese company, it should also be noted, TikTok has a Chinese version of the app called Douyin. Douyin has over 750 million daily active users.
