In the final step, you can choose whether to distribute your release via RouteNote’s Free or Premium tier. Free Distribution has zero fees, while you keep 85% of the revenue. Premium Distribution costs a small fee, while you keep 100% of the revenue. Artists can switch tiers at any time based on how their release is received. Once finalized, your release will be sent to our moderation team who check every release for any errors. They aim to get to your release within a week and will approve your release or tell you what needs fixing. A few days after approval, your release will start popping up in your chosen stores.
Once your release starts picking up streaming and purchases around the world, royalties and statistics will be sent to your RouteNote account. Earnings can be withdrawn to a PayPal or bank account, while statistics breakdown exactly how much each track has generated in each store.
