No more downloads for music store DJtunes and DJshop after 20 years
After 20 years of offering up dance lovers a one stop shop for the best in dance music, DJshop and Djtunes are no longer offering music downloads.
German companies DJshop and DJtunes are two of the internet’s favourite digital stores for purchasing dance music. But after 20 years of providing ravers and EDM lovers the finest in digital downloads both stores will no longer be offering downloads for their shops.
The stores said in a statement: “As sales from digital downloads have been declining for a while and the big part of music consumption is obviously shifting towards streaming, we decided to shut down the digital download section of djshop.de/djtunes within the next 48 hours.”
DJshop will continue to sell and ship vinyl records online.
Hi im’m have in account in Djshop.de, few € in my credit account, and I’m waiting for a refund. I am regularly sending requests for help to DJSHOP and I have not received any answers, which does not make a good impression at the store. What should I do? I’m receiving newsletters, but no response from the DJSHOP.DE website… it was a great site to buy music, but I do not throw it down their dishonesty … I should call the lawyers of Altroconsumo
