Too many music streaming accounts? Check out our quick guide explaining how to cancel a TIDAL subscription.

There is such a thing as having too many music streaming subscriptions. If you’d like to unsubscribe from TIDAL, or end your free trial early before you’re charged, TIDAL lets you unsubscribe at any time.


How do I cancel my TIDAL subscription?

To unsubscribe from TIDAL via the mobile app, head to My Collection.

Tap the gear cog settings icon, then Account, and Manage Subscription. From then you can tap Cancel my subscription.  


How to unsubscribe on the TIDAL website

On desktop login to the TIDAL website, find Subscription and hit Cancel my subscription. From there you just need to confirm the cancellation.


How do I unsubscribe from TIDAL on iPhone?

If you subscribed to TIDAL from your iPhone, find your iPhone settings and tap on your name to open your Apple ID.

Find Subscriptions, tap on TIDAL, and hit the red Cancel Subscription.

Follow the same steps to cancel your free trial – just make sure you cancel before you’re charged.


If your TIDAL payments go through a third party, such as a mobile phone provider, you’ll have to contact them to cancel.
