Apple reveal a 105% increase in the amount of people listening to Kids and Family music in the past four weeks on Apple Music.

One of the fastest growing genres on Apple Music, Kids & Family gets new curated playlists and new artwork on existing playlists, with a promise to update daily with new music.

Back to School is top of the playlists promoted by Apple Music, with songs from family friendly artists, such as Avicii, Mashmello, OneRepublic etc. This fresh new music should help parents cope with children spending more time at home during the pandemic.

Apple Music had a similar response at the start of lockdown with their Get Up! Mix and Come Together space that collects all the upbeat playlists on the platform.
