I have downloaded tracks on the free spotify app but when listening via a speaker I can only get about 5 seconds of the song.
Hi Neil, that’s a bizzare issue! It sounds like that might be a problem with the Spotify app of your connection to your speaker. It’s worth speaking to the support teams of your speaker manufacturer or the Spotify support team.
The premium offer for new samsung user did not appear in the premium section in Spotify app. What should I do to find it? Or whom should I contact?

How can I get them back
Hi Kips, you need to log in with the same email address you used for your original account. I’m not sure if you’ll be able to transfer a free trial to a different account if it’s applied to a new email address, you will need to contact Spotify support to find that out.
