Hey, Our new RouteNote app is in development and has not been officially launched just yet. Although it is currently searchable on app stores, unfortunately you won’t be able to access it properly. We’re excited to launch the app officially when we’re ready – keep an eye out for further updates over the coming months. For now, we’d recommend using the desktop version of our website where possible. Reply

Hey, Audio must be formatted in stereo as a FLAC or MP3 file. This must be at 320kbps/16 bit and the sample rate should be 44.1kHz. We’ve just launched RouteNote Convert which may be of use to you: https://convert.routenote.com/ If you have any issues with uploading your audio after checking your files meet these requirements, please contact support@routenote.com.
