RouteNote’s New Music Releases 30th September 2021: This week’s best new music from RouteNote artists
This week’s pick of twelve tracks highlights some of the incredible talent making music for all major platforms via RouteNote.
Our selection this week features a wide range of styles from acoustic indie to progressive house to hip-hop and everything in between, with top artists such as Nito-Onna, Robbe, R3YAN, Jake Believe, golden era and FVTM.
All twelve tracks are heading to one of our four playlists. Hooked is full of high tempo motivational dance music for your next workout or party. Loaded with dance and chill house music, Catalyst is the perfect playlist for fitness, workouts and the beach party. Lo-Fi focuses on relaxed hip-hop and chillhop music for studying, sleeping and chilling out. Our latest playlist Tranquilize is the easy listening, cross-genre playlist, ideal for winding down and relaxing.
R3YAN, Puzzls – Sweet Dreams
Our first track this week, getting added to our Hooked playlist is Sweet Dreams from Indian producer and DJ R3YAN, with vocals from Hungarian singer-songwriter Puzzls. The track is a deep house cover of the 80s synth-pop track from the Eurythmics.
Jake Believe – More
Another cover getting added to Hooked, this time an EDM cover of the 00s R&B song More originally by Tamia, coming from UK-based producer Jake Believe.
FVTM, Nito-Onna, Robbe – Maps
The final track added to our Hooked playlist comes from EDM producers FVTM and Nito-Onna, alongside Finnish EDM artist Robbe. This cover of the pop rock song from Maroon 5, fuels the original with a bouncy EDM beat.
Rodsyk – Light
Heading to Catalyst, Light from Brazilian producer Rodsyk is a progressive/electro house track sure to light up the house party.
Nik Alevizos – Move
Next up on Catalyst, take a step into deep house and melodic house with Australian house producer Nik Alevizos‘s latest banger Move.
Wavey – Heart Of The Jungle
Finally on Catalyst, Wavey takes a more chilled house approach with Heart Of The Jungle, perfect for relaxing.
golden era – Found (lofi version)
golden era perfectly fulfills our Lo-Fi playlist’s goal of chilled hip-hop beats. Found (lofi version) is a cover of the R&B track from Tems and Brent Faiyaz.
Kewlie – Saturday, Take It Easy
Also getting added to Lo-Fi is Saturday, Take It Easy, a slightly more upbeat track from German chillhop and lofi producer Kewlie.
Kivii – you wish i was there ?
Last up on playlist Lo-Fi, from the EP of the same name, you wish i was there ? is the new lo-fi track with glitch elements from Kivii.
Clay Pirinha – Moments
Our final playlist Tranquilize sees three new tracks, starting with Moments from Swiss DJ, songwriter and producer Clay Pirinha, a feel-good electro-pop single.
Mara George – dream abt u
Chillout to the acoustic indie vibes of dream abt u from Mara George on Tranquilize.
Warmseat, Borrtex – Autumn Wind
Our final track on Tranquilize and our final track this week is from Warmseat, the cross genre side project from piano composer Borrtex. Autumn Wind comes from the new EP Feuilles.
