Top 10 most-streamed songs in a single day on Spotify in 2024
Taylor Swift just broke Spotify’s record for the most streams in a single day! Here’s how the top ten looks as of April 2024.
On Christmas last year, Mariah Carey broke the record for the most streams in a single day on Spotify, pulling in over 20 million streams. On the same day, Wham and Brenda Lee’s festive singles also climbed their way up the top ten.
Since then, Taylor Swift dropped her highly anticipated eleventh studio album THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT, bringing with it millions of streams across all of the 31 (on THE ANTHOLOGY version) tracks! In fact the number one spot, and four of the top ten most-streamed songs in a single day on Spotify, are from Taylor Swift’s latest album. These tracks, along with Anti-Hero at number nine, means Taylor Swift contributes half of this top ten list. Other non-festive songs include Adele’s 2021 single Easy On Me and Flowers by Miley Cyrus.
