Spotify becomes the default music player in Opera One
Opera One has made Spotify the default in browser streaming/media player and have offered users two months free Spotify Premium.
Opera has had music streaming within its browser for some time, offering a seamless way for users to enjoy their favorite tunes without switching tabs. Now, Opera is simplifying the process by making Spotify the default music player in its latest browser, Opera One.
The new setup ensures that Spotify is preloaded as the go-to music service in Opera One. Users can still access the music player through the sidebar, but Spotify will now be automatically selected. From there, users only need to log in to their account to start streaming. This update is part of Opera’s effort to streamline its features, catering to Spotify’s massive global audience.
To sweeten the deal, Opera is offering two months of free Spotify Premium to users in select territories. This promotion is available in: Argentina, Brazil, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, The Philippines, Poland, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, The UK, The US, Vietnam.
For users in these regions, this exclusive offer provides an ad-free, enhanced streaming experience as they explore Spotify’s vast library of music and podcasts.
