Spotify is bringing a host of musicians, authors, and creatives to the most prestigious festival on the French Riviera.

Spotify has announced it will be returning to Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity from 16 to 19 June 2025. Spotify Beach returns as a lively hub, celebrating music, creativity, and culture, with live talks, performances, and immersive experiences on the French Riviera.

This year, Spotify aims to show how the platform is a home for creators, fans, and brands. “Spotify is home to an unrivaled global community of artists, songwriters, podcasters, authors, creatives, fans, and brands,” said Brian Berner, Spotify’s Global Head of Advertising Sales & Partnerships. “This year, we’re bringing to life the creativity that lives on Spotify and how we’ve made it easier than ever for advertisers to join Spotify’s ever-evolving playground and engage with audiences in a positive, premium, brand-safe environment.”

Throughout the week, big names will appear in talks and panels. Louis Theroux and Paris Hilton will discuss storytelling across different formats. Charlie Puth will speak on how brands can use music to connect with audiences emotionally and culturally.

Other sessions will explore the impact of fandom, with Jake Shane, Morgan Absher and Rachel Lindsay, while Mark Ronson will discuss how staying authentic builds lasting influence. Spotify’s AI DJ X will lead a session on mixing AI and creativity, with a special appearance from Seal. Composer Ludwig Göransson and actor Miles Caton will also dive into how music enhances storytelling in film.

Evening concerts will feature emerging talent and major stars. On 17 June, Alex Warren, sombr, and Royel Otis will perform. On 18 June, Cardi B headlines, with a DJ set from Mark Ronson and performances from Lola Young, Baby J, and Dre Tala. Charlie Puth will also perform at the exclusive opening-night event.

There will also be fun, hands-on experiences. Visitors can grab a drink and join the Beach Jam at the Soul Coffee Café, take selfies for custom playlist artwork at the Cover Art Creator Zone, and “taste” audiobooks with themed ice cream at the Audiobook Flavours Bar.

Spotify Beach 2025 is set to showcase the platform’s creative energy through star performances, engaging talks, and immersive fan experiences. As Spotify continues to position itself as a hub for artists, fans, and brands alike, the Cannes takeover reinforces its role in shaping global music and media culture.
