Here are the 10 most viewed videos on YouTube, led by Baby Shark, with twice the entire population of Earth, at over 16 billion views! Baby Shark became the most viewed video on YouTube when it reached 7 billion views in November 2020, surpassing the most viewed video at the time, Despacito. In just over a year, Baby Shark reached 10 billion views in January 2022.
We last updated this list in January last year. Since then Bath Song by Cocomelon has traded places with Johny Johny Yes Papa from LooLoo Kids. Phonics Song with TWO Words by ChuChu TV has swapped places with Ed Sheeran’s Shape of You, in seventh and eighth positions.
