Beats Music Reported to Have a Super Bowl Ad and AT&T Bundling, But Will That Make You Subscribe?
Lots of reports about Beats Music (yet to launch) and how they want to “blow Spotify out of the water”. The New York Post cites industry insiders who say that the company has gained the backing of AT&T and will offer the streaming service through the network provider, with costs combined in users’ phone tariffs. There are also reports that they will be spending millions on advertising including a Super Bowl ad, which costs around $4 million for thirty seconds.
Do you think Beats can really “blow Spotify out of the water”? Well, I simply hope they have a solid product that can last the long term.
