Arrival Artists and ATC Live merge to form ROAM
Arrival Artists and ATC Live have merged into ROAM, a powerhouse booking agency with global reach. Discover the story behind the move.
North America’s Arrival Artists and UK-based ATC Live have merged to create a new global booking agency called ROAM. With over 80 staff across offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Paris, and Glasgow, ROAM immediately becomes the world’s largest independent booking agency and the fifth largest overall.
The combined roster brings together more than 800 artists, including The Lumineers, Sufjan Stevens, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Khruangbin, PJ Harvey, Big Thief, Amyl & The Sniffers, Black Pumas, Japanese Breakfast, and many more. Collectively, these artists perform over 10,000 shows a year, from club tours to major festivals such as Glastonbury, Coachella, Primavera, and Bonnaroo.
Between them, ROAM’s clients have amassed an impressive list of accolades: 84 Grammy nominations with 23 wins, multiple Oscar and Tony Awards, BRIT Awards, and Mercury Prize wins.
The two agencies have worked closely together since 2020, and their merger is being described as a true partnership. Ownership is split 50/50, with both Arrival and ATC staff continuing as co-owners. Leaders from both sides emphasized that ROAM will maintain a hands-on, artist-focused approach while gaining the global reach and infrastructure needed to scale.
The name ROAM reflects the agency’s vision of moving with curiosity and purpose, supporting artists as they grow from small venues to arenas and festivals worldwide. Alongside booking, the agency will also provide expertise in areas like digital marketing, brand partnerships, festivals, and philanthropic work.
