Apple Music Replay 2025 has arrived
Track your listening habits all year long: Apple Music’s Replay playlist is now available inside Apple Music.
Apple Music Replay 2025 has officially arrived, giving subscribers an early glimpse at their top songs and artists for the year. Unlike other streaming services that save their year-end recaps for December, Apple Music keeps things fresh by updating your Replay playlist every week- letting you track your listening habits throughout the whole year.
Why is Apple Music Replay available already?
If you’re surprised that Replay 2025 is already here, you’re not alone! Apple Music takes a different approach to Spotify Wrapped and other year-end recaps. Replay provides a continuous tally of your most-played songs and artists. This means you don’t have to wait until December to see which tracks you’re listening to the most.
How Apple Music Replay works
Apple Music tracks your listening habits all year round. Once you’ve completed a full month of streaming in the new year, it compiles a playlist of your top 100 most-played songs. This playlist is refreshed every week, culminating in a full-year-in-review in December.
Additionally, Apple Music Replay provides shareable insights into your listening trends each month, including:
- Total minutes listened
- Your top artists and albums
- Personal listening milestones
For instance, I had already hit the 5,000 Minutes Listened Milestone by January 16th, with Noah Kahan being my top artist for January at 1,079 minutes listened.
How to access Apple Music Replay 2025
Apple Music subscribers can access Replay through the Apple Music app, for those updated to iOS 18.1 or later. Simply scroll to the bottom of the Home tab in the app to access both your Replay and playlist.
Other users can also access their recap by signing in at https://replay.music.apple.com/.
The Apple Music Replay playlists are automatically generated for each year you’ve been a subscriber, dating back to when the service launched in 2015.
