Apple Music launches new ‘Heavy Rotation Mix’ playlist
“The tracks you can’t get enough of lately, all in one place” in Apple Music’s new algorithm-driven ‘Made for You’ playlist.
Apple Music launch a fifth ‘Made for You’ playlist. Joining New Music Mix, Chill Mix, Get Up! Mix and Favourites Mix, is Heavy Rotation Mix, which describes itself as: “The tracks you can’t get enough of lately, all in one place.” This description fits well for me, with my playlist full of recent additions to my library.
Like the other ‘Made for You’ playlists, Heavy Rotation Mix is a 25-track playlist, based on the songs you’ve been listening to recently. Unlike the other ‘Made for You’ playlists, Heavy Rotation Mix is updated daily, rather than weekly.
All ‘Made for You’ playlists, including the new one, can be found on the ‘Listen Now’ tab on Apple Music.
This playlist has been spotted on Mac, iPhone and the web in the UK. Other devices and markets may roll out later.
