Without a wisp of Despacito or Baby Shark, here are the top ten most-liked non-music videos on YouTube, as of April 2024.

When we looked at the most-liked videos on YouTube back in 2022, the top ten was dominated by music videos. Since then, YouTube has pushed Shorts, which encourages likes far more than regular long-form videos. While Despacito is still the most-liked video on YouTube with over 53 million likes, there are now a few Shorts here and there.

After Despacito, the second most-liked video and most-liked non-music video is a Short from MrBeast uploaded just over a year ago with over 47 million likes! MrBeast has uploaded four of the top ten most-liked non-music videos. Other popular creators that make this list include How Ridiculous and Daniel LaBelle.
