Top albums
While Wrapped has always highlighted songs and artists, 2025 is the first year Spotify spotlights the albums listeners returned to most. With the resurgence of album-focused listening in recent years, this addition gives users a clearer sense of the bodies of work that defined their year.
Audiobooks
Users can view their Top Audiobook, Top Audiobook Genre, and even receive short surprise clips from their most-listened-to authors.
Podcasts
Adding a nice touch, Wrapped may now include audio messages from podcast hosts and authors, appearing directly within the user’s personalized stories. These drop-in cameos turn what used to be a purely data-driven experience into something more intimate and is a nice way for creators to connect with their audience.

Wrapped has always captured “the year,” but Listening Archive finally zooms in on the days that made it special.

Wrapped party
Perhaps the most playful addition, Wrapped Party transforms listening data into a competitive, multiplayer experience. Friends can join a shared session and play a game based on each person’s Wrapped stats, a feature that brings social interaction to the forefront for the first time.


Wrapped classics
Alongside the new features, Spotify has refreshed several long-loved elements:
- Top Genres now show how listeners moved between categories throughout the year.
- Top Artist Sprint visually tracks the month-by-month battle between a user’s top five artists.
- Top Songs and the Your Top Songs 2025 playlist now include stream counts, giving fans a clearer picture of their true obsessions.
- Top Song Quiz returns with a revamped, more interactive format.
