Anker’s audio brand, Soundcore just unveiled their most portable and affordable Bluetooth speaker to date, the Select 4 Go.

Selling a range of Bluetooth speakers, from $51 to $250, Soundcore’s $25 Select 4 Go is perhaps the easiest speaker recommendation in its price bracket. This speaker comes just a few days after Ultimate Ears unveiled their smallest and cheapest portable speaker too. While the MINIROLL is a similar form factor, at $80 it’s significantly more expensive.

The Soundcore Select 4 Go is 121mm x 83mm x 48.5mm (4.72″ x 3.23″ x 1.89″) and weighs 265g (9.88 ounces). There’s a built-in strap that makes hooking it to yourself or a bag super easy. It’s rated IPX67 for waterproofing and dustproofing, plus it’s even floatable. There’s a power button, Bluetooth pairing button, volume buttons and a play/pause/next/previous track button.

On the inside, there’s a mono, 5W, 1.75-inch full-range speaker and a passive radiator for the lower frequencies. Battery life is good for an impressive 20 hours of playtime. The speaker charges via USB-C and a USB-A to USB-C cable is included in the box. Unfortunately there are no microphones on the speaker for calls.

As far as software, the speaker supports Bluetooth 5.4, with a range of up to 30 meters. It also support TWS (True Wireless Stereo), allowing you to connect two speakers for stereo audio. Download the Soundcore app on iOS or Android to update the firmware, customize settings, switch EQ modes or check the battery status.

The Soundcore Select 4 Go is currently available for $24.99 on Amazon in Blue and Black. There will be six colors available soon.
