Rock en Seine has unveiled a huge lineup for 2026, bringing The Cure, Tyler, The Creator, Lorde, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds and Deftones to Paris for five days of live music.

The French festival takes place at the Domaine National de Saint-Cloud from 26–30 August 2026, with a different major headliner closing the main stage each day.

Tyler, The Creator leads Wednesday 26 August, followed by Lorde on Thursday.

Friday belongs to Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, before Deftones headline Saturday and The Cure bring the festival to a close on Sunday.

It is an unusually strong collection of headliners because there is relatively little crossover between them.

Tyler brings hip-hop and alternative music, Lorde covers modern alternative pop, Nick Cave offers something darker and more theatrical, Deftones bring heavy alternative rock and The Cure finish the weekend with one of the most influential catalogues in alternative music.

Who else is playing Rock en Seine 2026?

The lineup beneath the headliners is arguably just as interesting.

The Black Keys, Franz Ferdinand, Wet Leg, Biffy Clyro, Wilco, Turnstile, Amyl and the Sniffers, Interpol, Slowdive, Wolf Alice, Mogwai, Clipse, CMAT and Sparks are all scheduled to appear.

Newer acts including sombr, Ravyn Lenae, Lambrini Girls, FCUKERS and Man/Woman/Chainsaw sit alongside established names, giving the festival a strong mix of generations.

Friday in particular looks enormous for indie and alternative fans. Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds headline a day that also includes The Black Keys, Franz Ferdinand, Wet Leg, Biffy Clyro, Wilco, Sparks and CMAT.

Saturday switches direction towards heavier music with Deftones, Turnstile, Amyl and the Sniffers, LANDMVRKS, AFI and Mannequin Pussy among the artists playing.

Sunday then becomes something approaching a dream lineup for alternative and shoegaze fans: The Cure, Interpol, Mogwai, Slowdive, Wolf Alice and Black Country, New Road all appear.
