VYRMA might feel like an established Nordic music project when you look at the size of its catalogue.

The strange part is that almost all of it arrived within a few months.

VYRMA’s public Linktree account only dates back to May 2026.

Since then, the project has released three full-length albums, an EP and a major collaboration.

Völvan Vaknar

Released: May 10, 2026

Völvan Vaknar was VYRMA’s debut album.

The title officially translates as “The Völva Wakes”, immediately establishing the mystical Nordic identity that would define everything that followed.

The album moves through moonlight, fire, ice, runes, ravens, blood and fate.

A little over one month after Völvan Vaknar, VYRMA returned with Bloorun.

This release is darker.

The album centres around blood, battle, wolves, ravens and fate.

Only ten days after Bloorun, VYRMA released the Noregr Rís EP.

This is the odd one in the discography.

Instead of remaining completely inside mythology and fantasy, VYRMA applies the Viking aesthetic to modern Norway and football.

The four tracks are:

The Erling Haaland reference makes the concept especially unusual.

GODS REMEMBER expands VYRMA’s world more directly into Norse mythology.

The record includes songs referencing Freyja, Thor, Hel, ravens, blood oaths and the fallen.

Where the Ravens Fly

VYRMA’s next major release moved beyond the solo project.

“Where the Ravens Fly” is credited to VYRMA, Ragal Ironbull, Jernblod and Raven Astrid.

The track runs for 4:04 and was released independently.

It is particularly interesting because it places VYRMA inside a wider network of rapidly growing Nordic and Viking-themed artists.

What comes next for VYRMA?

That’s difficult to predict.

VYRMA has already released more music in a few months than some artists release in several years.

What is clear is that the project isn’t operating around the traditional album cycle.

Instead of disappearing for two years between records, VYRMA seems designed for constant output.

If that pace continues, this discography could become much larger very quickly.
