Rockaway Beach 2027 Lineup: The Charlatans, SPRINTS, The Twilight Sad and More
Rockaway Beach will once again kick-start the UK’s festival calendar in January 2027.
The independent indoor festival returns to Butlin’s Bognor Regis with The Charlatans, The Twilight Sad, SPRINTS and Getdown Services leading the lineup.
Who is playing Rockaway Beach 2027?
The current lineup includes The Charlatans, The Twilight Sad, SPRINTS, Getdown Services, Sleeper, Swim Deep, Master Peace, Cockney Rejects, Bis, Opus Kink, Joshua Idehen, Tramhaus, Nightbus, Murkage Dave and Lucia & The Best Boys.
Other names include Gen and the Degenerates, Madra Salach, Modern Woman, Katie Malco, Alien Chicks and Pigeon.
BBC Radio DJs Steve Lamacq and Chris Hawkins are also part of the programme.
Sleeper join the 2027 lineup
Sleeper were among the more recent additions alongside Joshua Idehen and Lucia & The Best Boys.
That adds another major Britpop-era act alongside The Charlatans, while bands such as SPRINTS and The Twilight Sad keep the festival firmly connected to contemporary alternative music.

Rockaway Beach takes place in January 2027 at Butlin’s Bognor Regis in West Sussex.
Current listings show the festival weekend around 8–10 January, with accommodation periods extending around the main programme.
The Charlatans, The Twilight Sad, SPRINTS and Getdown Services give the festival an unusually strong alternative lineup for an event taking place in the middle of the British winter.
