Friday: Pitbull, 5 Seconds of Summer and Train

Pitbull headlines Friday 26 February.

He is joined by 5 Seconds of Summer, Train, Shaggy, 4 Non Blondes and Cold War Kids.

Winnetka Bowling League, Sun Room, Winyah and The Retrograde are also confirmed.

Friday has a particularly strong mainstream pop and nostalgia appeal.

Pitbull brings an extensive collection of dance-pop hits, while Train, Shaggy and 4 Non Blondes offer songs familiar to several generations of listeners.

Saturday: The Strokes, Pierce The Veil and Interpol

The Strokes headline Saturday 27 February.

Pierce The Veil, Interpol, Yellowcard, Hot Mulligan, Jet and Blondshell are also scheduled.

The programme brings together several different generations of alternative rock.

The Strokes and Interpol helped shape the New York alternative music scene during the early 2000s.

Pierce The Veil and Yellowcard provide a different side of that era, while Hot Mulligan and Blondshell represent newer alternative audiences.

Sunday: Alanis Morissette and Death Cab for Cutie

Alanis Morissette closes the festival on Sunday 28 February.

The Neighbourhood, Death Cab for Cutie, Spoon, Passion Pit and Better Than Ezra are among the other artists appearing. 28, 2027

That creates a strong final day for alternative rock fans.

Alanis Morissette brings songs from her enormously successful catalogue, while Death Cab for Cutie, Spoon and Passion Pit connect the programme with indie rock and alternative pop.

What makes Innings Festival different?

Innings has an unusual connection to baseball.

Alongside the music, visitors can enjoy baseball activities and appearances from former Major League Baseball players.

The festival also advertises a programme without overlapping artist performances, making it possible to catch the main acts without the usual festival clashes. Relix
