Sonic Temple 2027 Lineup: Iron Maiden, blink-182, Korn and More
Sonic Temple has unveiled its enormous 2027 lineup, bringing Iron Maiden, blink-182, Korn and Falling In Reverse to Columbus, Ohio.
The four-day rock and metal festival returns to Historic Crew Stadium from 13–16 May 2027.
Nearly 150 artists are scheduled to perform across five stages, making this one of the biggest heavy music festival announcements of the year.
The complete lineup was revealed on 22 October 2026.
Who is playing Sonic Temple 2027?
The festival’s headline artists are blink-182, Iron Maiden, Falling In Reverse and Korn.
The supporting lineup is equally impressive.
Faith No More, Alice In Chains, A Perfect Circle, Turnstile, The Offspring, A Day To Remember, The Prodigy, Knocked Loose, $uicideboy$, Beartooth, Primus and Mastodon are all appearing.
Other notable artists include Poppy, Ministry, Meshuggah, Slash featuring Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators, Jimmy Eat World, Sleeping With Sirens, The Pretty Reckless and Bullet For My Valentine.
The festival also features GWAR, Insane Clown Posse, Skid Row, Testament, Hollywood Undead, Loathe, Hot Mulligan and numerous emerging performers.
Thursday: blink-182 and Turnstile
blink-182 headline Thursday 13 May.
The Offspring and Turnstile are among the day’s biggest supporting acts.
Knocked Loose, Mastodon, Jimmy Eat World and The All-American Rejects also appear.
That combination brings together several generations of punk, hardcore and alternative rock.
blink-182 and The Offspring represent the huge commercial rise of pop-punk during the 1990s and 2000s.
Turnstile and Knocked Loose bring a more contemporary hardcore audience.
Friday: Iron Maiden and Alice In Chains
Iron Maiden headline Friday 14 May.
A Perfect Circle and Alice In Chains are among the other major names.
Seether, Bullet For My Valentine, The Pretty Reckless, Skid Row and Loathe also appear.
Iron Maiden’s performance forms part of their Run For Your Lives tour, celebrating the band’s 50th anniversary.
For metal fans, their appearance alongside Alice In Chains and A Perfect Circle is one of the strongest individual festival days announced for 2027.
Saturday: Falling In Reverse and The Prodigy
Falling In Reverse headline Saturday 15 May.
A Day To Remember, Beartooth, The Prodigy, Underoath and GWAR are among the supporting artists.
The Prodigy’s appearance is particularly interesting because their aggressive electronic sound has long appealed to rock and metal audiences.
Their booking adds another dimension to an otherwise heavily guitar-focused festival.
Sunday: Korn and Faith No More
Korn close Sonic Temple on Sunday 16 May.
Faith No More, $uicideboy$, Slash featuring Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators, Primus, Ministry and Poppy are also scheduled.
Faith No More’s appearance is especially significant.
The band’s return to live performances after a lengthy absence has become a major story within alternative music, and Sonic Temple is currently billed as one of their first major US reunion appearances.
