there must be a hidden profound meaning is simply that the phrase is French.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes foreign-language lyrics gain mystery merely because most of the audience doesn&#8217;t understand them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why does the song switch into French?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tina Weymouth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because Talking Heads released \u201cPsycho Killer\u201d commercially in 1977, listeners naturally connected the two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But the song existed before the famous murders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This was eerie coincidence rather than opportunistic true-crime songwriting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 unsettling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The threat comes from somebody barely holding himself together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why is Tina Weymouth\u2019s bassline so important?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because it refuses to behave like horror music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The bass is catchy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
