edit individual sections of songs using natural language, combine elements from several tracks, sample parts of existing creations and even generate music using text, audio, images and video as behave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is important because one of the limitations of early AI music generators wasn&#8217;t necessarily generating good audio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was controlling what they generated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The more accurately the model understands musical instructions, the more useful it important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rather than everyone using exactly the same generic AI model, Suno increasingly wants creators to build AI systems around their own musical identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That could eventually make personalised models one of the most important areas of AI music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Suno Studio is becoming an AI DAW<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suno&#8217;s evolution isn&#8217;t limited to its music generation model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company recently launched Suno Studio 2.0, its browser-based music production environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studio 2.0 introduced MIDI recording and editing, a wavetable synthesizer and an AI chat interface that can create instruments and vocals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suno has since improved MIDI-to-audio generation, allowing MIDI clips to act as prompts for entirely new sounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, a keyboard melody could potentially be transformed into a guitar performance or completely different instrument using AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taken together with v6, Suno is starting to look very different from the simple text-to-song generator it began as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 models?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suno has said that previous generations will eventually be retired as the platform moves entirely to the v6 family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p Suno to generate the music you want, you&#8217;re increasingly able to tell it exactly what to change after the music has been created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That distinction could become more important than improvements in raw audio quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is Suno still just an AI music generator?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p
