But honestly, my voice is also one of my main instruments. It\u2019s the first tool I use to capture melodies, emotions and ideas before anything else. Both my DAW and my voice are the core of my creative process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Q: How do you know when a song is truly finished?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n A: A song is finished when adding one more thing starts taking away instead of enhancing. I test it in different spaces\u2014the car, studio monitors, headphones\u2014and when I feel the same emotion I intended from the start, I know it\u2019s complete.
