‘Slide’ is the new title track from Seoul four-piece Men And Them, released on KYTE. It is about people who keep running until morning, and the band plays it at dance tempo, around 117 BPM.

The hook moves from ‘Don’t waste your sympathy, ’Cause I’ll be high’ into ‘Slide / ’Til the morning light / ’Til you break the sky’. The mix stays high-energy from start to finish.

Slide ’til the morning light – a band that does not want the night to end.

Marcus Way and Juho share vocals and guitar, with Choi Mill on bass and Kwang on drums. Since their 2024 debut they have worked under the motto ‘new nostalgia’, chasing 1960s and 1990s sounds they never lived through.

The Korea Times listed them among 10 new Korean indie bands in January 2025, and their first EP, Days Under The Purple Sun, came out the same year on KYTE. If The Beatles, The Smiths and Pulp sit in your rotation, ‘Slide’ belongs on the night-drive list.
