Shaky Knees Festival returns to Atlanta from 18–20 September 2026 with three huge headliners: The Strokes, Twenty One Pilots and Gorillaz.

More than 50 artists are scheduled to perform at Piedmont Park across the three-day festival.

Friday: The Strokes, Turnstile and Fontaines D.C.

Before them, the festival features Turnstile, Fontaines D.C., Danny Elfman, Geese, Hot Mulligan, Ben Howard, Snow Strippers and Alice Phoebe Lou.

That’s a particularly strong day for alternative rock fans.

Saturday: Twenty One Pilots and The Prodigy

Twenty One Pilots headline Saturday, with The Prodigy, Pierce The Veil, Pavement, Jimmy Eat World, Blood Orange, Peach Pit, Taking Back Sunday, Wolf Alice and Minus The Bear appearing elsewhere on the lineup.

The combination of Pavement and Jimmy Eat World alongside newer acts gives Saturday an interesting generational spread.

Sunday: Gorillaz, LCD Soundsystem and Wu-Tang Clan

Gorillaz close Shaky Knees on Sunday.

They are joined by LCD Soundsystem, Wu-Tang Clan, Knocked Loose, Modest Mouse, Japanese Breakfast, Santigold, Coheed and Cambria, JET and OK Go.

That’s arguably the strangest — and most interesting — day of the festival.

Gorillaz, Wu-Tang Clan and Knocked Loose aren’t artists you commonly see grouped together.

Shaky Knees runs from Friday 18 September through Sunday 20 September 2026 at Piedmont Park in Atlanta, Georgia.

With The Strokes, Twenty One Pilots and Gorillaz headlining and an unusually deep alternative lineup underneath them, Shaky Knees 2026 looks like one of the strongest US rock and alternative festivals this fall.
