The event is due to debut new iPhones and Apple Watches.<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apple has sent out invitations to their next event. This year scheduled for September 12, for over a decade, the highlight of the September event every year has been the launch of the next iPhone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The invitations sent out to the press includes the title &#8220;Wonderlust&#8221;. If previous years are anything to go by, select invitees will watch the pre-recorded presentation at the Steve Jobs Theater in Apple Park, Cupertino, California, and get hands-on time with the new devices after the show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>What will be announced?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While Apple are being as secretive as usual, we can predict with a fair amount of certainty, the announcement and launch dates for the <strong>iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and the iPhone 15 Pro Max<\/strong>. These new iPhones will all be running iOS 17, <a href=\"https:\/\/routenote.com\/blog\/stream-wwdc-2023\/\">as debuted at Apple&#8217;s WWDC event last June.<\/a> On the hardware side, we can expect some physical changes to the new iPhones too, with all models receiving updated chips, updated cameras, and switching out the lightening cable for USB-C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Pro models are also expecting a slight redesign, with slimmer bezels, curved corners, and a titanium frame, rather than stainless steel. We may also see a customizable Action button in place of the mute switch, as on the Apple Watch Ultra. The curved corners and titanium frame may be subtly referenced in the Apple invite below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rumors are also hinting at a $100 price increase for the Pro models in the US, with the 15 Pro starting at $1,099, and the 15 Pro Max starting at $1,199.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on previous years, we can also expect to see new Apple Watches, including the Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra, with mostly internal upgrades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other products such as Macs and iPads are more likely to be debuted at a separate event later in the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video autoplay loop muted src=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/105\/media\/us\/apple-events\/2023\/ad6b79de-2819-4715-be4e-c9f1488ab703\/anim\/large.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption><em>Video Credit: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/apple-events\/\">Apple<\/a><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>How to stream the event<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Only select member of the press have been invited to watch the event in person at Apple Park. Fortunately, anyone with an internet connection can watch the event for free at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The stream is due to start on September 12 at 10am PT. That&#8217;s 1pm ET, or 6pm in the UK. You can tune in on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/\">apple.com<\/a>, via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/apple-tv-app\/\">the Apple TV app<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@Apple\/streams\">on Apple&#8217;s YouTube channel.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apple has announced their September 2023 event, titled &#8220;Wonderlust&#8221;.
