Apple Music subscribers can now identify classical tracks on Shazam, then stream them in full on Apple Music Classical.<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Apple launched Apple Music Classical in March this year,<\/a> after acquiring classical music streaming service Primephonic in 2021.<\/a> The classical-focused music streaming app is available to all Apple Music subscribers at no extra cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Shazam too under Apple’s belt, after acquiring it in 2018, the music identifying app now supports Apple Music Classical. You can now play full-length classical music in Shazam or Open in Classical<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As long as you have both Shazam and Apple Music Classical on your phone, here’s how to identify classical music in Shazam and play it in full on Apple Music Classical:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. On Shazam, tap the big “S” button in the middle of the screen<\/li>
  2. Once Shazam has identified the song, tap the three vertical dots in the top right corner<\/li>
  3. Tap Open in Classical<\/em><\/li>
  4. Apple Music Classical will open with the Shazamed release<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
